How It Works

Once you have decided which product below you would like to order, you will need to gather and/or choose the following items:

1. What you want to name the ______ Downs. (e.g. “Company Downs”, “Smith Reunion Downs” etc.)

2. Five names you would like to serve as the names of each race. (e.g. “Department Run”, “Group Sprint”, “City Stakes”, “Fundraiser Derby” etc.)

3. Thirty names of people that you know will be at the event that you would like to serve as “horse (stable) owners”

4. If you are not custom naming the horses, go to our Horse Names Menu and choose one group of names per race. Be sure to note the “Code” fro each group you choose.

5. If you would like to name the horses yourself, you will need thirty more names that you would like to serve as horse names.

You will need all of these items before ordering from us.

Please keep all names to a maximum of 22 total letters, spaces and characters.

We also produce a custom race program template, and we can put a company logo, photograph, etc. on the front of the race program.

During the purchase process you will fill out a form with details about your event, including the names you prepared before ordering.

There are 6 beautifully animated horses in each race. Our professional announcer goes into the recording studio and does a voice-over using the names provided and your custom videos are built.

Once the races have been built we will email you directions on how to access your videos and shipping information once it is available.

As guests enter, they will each receive a custom race program.

They will take their program to one of the “Wagering Windows”. The window staff will have them select one horse in each race.

The video is run and guests scream and shout for their favorite horse!

If their horse wins they will go back to the window and receive a prize drawing ticket. The more winners they pick, the more tickets they will have in for the prize drawing!
